Are you playing STTs?

Did you setup the seating preferences: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/32/HUDOptions%7B47%7DSeatingPreferences

im playing cash games. No its not the seating thing. the 6 hud boxes from table a will be displayed on table b and the hud boxes from table b will be on table a

Try using the TableFInder: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1441/HowIsTableFinderUtilizedIfTheHUDDoesNotAppear%3F

i tried using the table finder but its still not working. the table finder only shows 1 table is open. i have played at least 20 hands on both tables, the huds should be up by now.

Do both tables have the exact same name?
They don't have a unique table number or table name?

(or at least a unique name/number written for the table to the handhistories)

I am not sure if any of our testers play on that skin so we may need to schedule a remote support session so we can do some HUD debugging with you.

Please email hm2support@holdemmanager.com, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Please let us know when you are available in GMT time for a teamviewer session - GMT – Greenwich Mean Time (http://www.timeanddate.com/library/abbreviations/timezones/eu/gmt.html)

Please remember that we schedule a couple days in advance and need to fit into our schedules. So give us a few days' range of times and notice.

Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.com/teamviewer.

Please read this important information before our teamviewer session. We cannot do the teamviewer session until all those issues are addressed below:
1 - Make sure you have updated your windows using the "Windows Update" feature Microsoft Windows Update (http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/thanks.aspx?ln=en&&thankspage=5)
* - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer 9 (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
2 - Make sure Holdem Manager is updated to the latest version Downloads and Manuals - Hold'Em Manager, Omaha Manager & HM Apps (http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/downloads-manuals.php)
3 - Please make sure you have access to a good connection, we cannot provide support on really slow connections
4 - Please allow us full access otherwise it slows down the speed at which we can fix the issue

Same problem here also. Also with betsafe poker black. Table finder doesn´t help. Would be nice if you get it fixed.

hey mate,

this worked for me

- Go to HM2 > Hand Importing > Auto Import Folders
- Select the C:\Microgaming\Poker\BetSafePokerBlackMPP entry
- Click the 'Edit Folder' button which looks like a pencil
- Enable the [x] Archive hand history files after import

Close HM2 and your betsafe client.

Let me check I understood. the only thing to do that helped you was to put a cross to a box in HEM C:\Microgaming\Poker\BetSafePokerBlackMPP - Archive hand history files after import.

I had gotten it crossed already so could it be that then?? hmmmmm...

Did you already update to a 7599+ build from this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/351081-full-tilt-poker-early-beta-release-sng-tourney-players.html

Move the c:\microgaming\sitename\pokermpp\gamehistory.dat file to your desktop.

Manually import that file.

Close your poker client.

Reopen to create a new gamehistory file.

Try now.

This worked once, but after rebooting computer the old problem came. Any ideas?

Did you make sure the gamehistory.dat files are being archived as previously suggested by another user in this thread?

hey mate,

- Click the 'Edit Folder' button which looks like a pencil
- Enable the [x] Archive hand history files after import

Close HM2 and your betsafe client.

If you continue to have problems, Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab
- and a screenshot of the table created by running winspy - WinSpy++ 1.7 | Catch22 (http://www.catch22.net/software/winspy-17)
- how to use winspy - howtousewinspy - fozzy71's library (http://www.screencast.com/t/wLo1BcV7hc8v)
