Moving hands from hm1 to hm2

Hi,

I am looking to extract all the 6 max hands from a hm1 database on old obsolesent computer and upload them into my hm2 database on a new computer.
What is the process for doing this, I suppose I need to extract the hh's to plain text files,
move them across to the new machine and run a normal import. How do I get the extracts done from hm1?

Is it possible to do this using the .rar file, i.e. creating it from the HM1 database and somehow uploading it to HM2?
