HM1 finds it and brings up hud etc however it doesn't record it properly in tournament. I played 5 heads up games. Won all of them but only 1 of them shows in my hm1 as a win. The others have no buyin amount, say if inish in first, not completed, no prize pool, no $won etc. Does have tourney id though.

Hi, I confirm the problem.
Hyper-turbo HU SNG on FTP.
HM1 doesn't read buy-in and $Won. They both =0. Accordingly $EV diff for each hand =0 and there's no correct EV line.
I zipped and emailed the original hand history and tournament summaries to support@holdemmanager.com.
thanks for the help in advance.

This is written up as a high priority bug now.

To support: could you, please, give an estimated time of update issue? We need to play with EV line.
FTP didn't really change a lot - They just put "35$" instead of "$34.27 + $0.73" (for example) in first string in Summary file and in fist string of every hand in History file. I replaced it manually in HH, updated tournaments in HM and it works perfect, so the thing is just to correct it in real time parser in HM.
Thanks.

HoldemManager has all the buyins+rake hardcoded,
so it knows a $10+$1 STT is a 'regular speed, $11+1 is a "turbo" etc.

It bases the speed and structure on the buyin + rake amounts.

We'll have to completely re-write the hardcoded list since they changed the formatting.

How much time guys?

Without EV I am sailing in the dark, not knowing when I will sink down!

At the moment we are working on the HM2 fixes after we released them we will start with HM1 but we don't have any ETA.

I obviously have the same problem as OP so I'll subscribe to this thread and hope netsrak posts here when the update gets released.

Thanks

Smooth, reminding us that we're 2nd class citizens because we haven't bought HM2 :)

Some older HM1 versions should work with FTP.

Here are some links to older HM1 versions:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/426/Download+Links+For+Past+Builds

1.12.09, 1, 12.06, 1.11.06, 1.11.05d work with FTP, but you have to use FTP's default tables and layout.

By work, do you mean they will correctly record STT buyins and results?

1.11.05d does not do the job. If somebody gets to work this let us know how.

No, he was assuming this thread was about getting the HUD to work on FTP Rush tables like the majority of other threads have been recently.

The only way to get the results info to work correctly in HM1 is to wait for our next update. HM2 is our focus right now. Once we get our next HM2 release out the door we will start working on the HM1 issues. I can not give an ETA for our next release of HM1 since it relies on us first releasing HM2.

Still without EV and results line. Any news about this problem, how much time more?

FTP parsing issues are mostly fixed in the latest internal build but it does not support Zoom HUD - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/general-support/announcements.html

If you are playing Zoom you need to rollback to a previous build for HUD support.

I do not have an ETA when we will get the Zoom HUD support fixed in the latest internal build.

Tried hu sng and it is working!

Is there a way to get the hands from 6th november to work (graphs, results)?

I cut the hands in hmarchive and put it in my FTP hand history folder to got them reimported but no success (still no ev as with older version of hm).

Is there a way to get those past hands work in new updated hem?

You will need to purge the problem hands and 'import folder' from your \hmarchive or create a new database and import the original hands to fix these parsing problems.

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

Did that but no success. Is it possible that hm archiving changes the hand history files in some way that they are not the same as originals?

No, it only moves them. Did you try importing them to a new database?

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

If you continue to have problems, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

FTP is good if you create new database, but new update turns the pokerstars results upside down or mirror lake effect on graph.
This importing is true horror or crazy. Don't know which one is more suitable to describe all that playing with importing.
Why does poker room make changes to their hand history data stuff? Why is that good?

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_17Dec2012.exe

For PokerStars if you play STT/MTT also make sure you're importing the summary files: Read the tournament summary section @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup

Full Tilt made lots of changes to their handhistory formatting with their relaunch. PokerStars made some drastic changes to their pokerclient, which we fixed with this update (affecting Zoom). We still have to release an update that fixes all the Full Tilt RUSH issues.
