not importing after stars update.

not sure if the hh has changed or something but today just after pokerstars updated hem will no longer import. it doesn't say import errors it just says 0 hands imported even though all my hh folders are set up correctly.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have updated HEM to version 1.11.04B Internal. Hands are imported well for a few minutes and then the import process stops. HH's get archived but are not present in the DB.

What should I do in order to fix the problem.

The same problem - HUD doesnt appear but:


1. History isnt being imported so there are 0 files in folder
2. Hasnt made any update for HM - running 1/11/03 version
3. The proper folder for handHistory checked all right
4. PS installed in English and send history in English
5. PS isnt updated - running Riviera Stars from TiltBuster - so lunch PS without update (updated)
6. Before HUD worked perfectly (HM v1/09/xxx - the last date of import was the 6th/08/2010 )
7. HUD works for FTP and PokerIdol allright (dont play PartyPoker at the time)

What can be wrong?
Help please with advise!

With preferred seating on Stars HUD alignment breaks after setting and saving in table manager.

If new player sits down, his panel appears in top left corner, not where it was moved and saved during alignment.

On table change, all the panels and mucked cards stack up in top left corner and have to be realigned. Where they will break again on a new player sitting down, or the next table change.

im having the same problem for both stars and fulltilt. HEM is only importing like half of the hands.

Seems like you screwed the update a lot. I have tried to create a new DB (and thus export all my hands from the old DB) but it fails. Reason: Hands are not getting exported!!! After exporting a few hands the process stalls.

Don't export your old hands.. just reimport your old original handhistories from the archive folder.

1. Do I still need to create a new DB and reimport handhistories from archive? I ordered the last week handhistory and recieved a txt.-file from PokerStars. Can I just put this file into PS handhistory folder and import it manually? If I need to create a new DB - please give a link for step by step process!

HM updated this evening (5 hours ago, v.04C), handhistory import works, hands are being shown in DB, my only problem - some hands which are missed in the last 3-4 days ...?

You're missing hands... or freeroll RESULTS?

If you can't import the freeroll hands into a new database--> email us some of the hands

If you can't see the RESULTS (and the results appear as "incomplete")--> did you import the summaries from PokerStars?

Your original problem.. NO HUD on PokerStars: were you playing freerolls??

Okay. now that's tilting. I somehow exported all the hands in the DB but now the import process stalls at the beginning. I have manually restarted the import process two times and it both cases it staled.

Hem as you see it on the screen shot is in that state for 6 hours now.

Yes sir - my original problem was that after updating HM to 1/11/03:
1.HUD didnt appears on PokerStars while playing freerolls (I only play freerolls - nothing else - no cash)!
2. No hands and results were shown in DB - handhistory import didnt work!

Now it seems that all works okey...
So:
Do I need to create new a DB?

I guess there is such a mess with questions/answers cause I put my problem in someone's else topic. I should create my own topic with my issue apart.

not a performance issue. When i restart hem it works for 15-30 minutes and then it hangs with no progress again. I restart hem and same thing happens.

So for solving the issue with some missing hands in last week - I can just put txt-file from PS with lost hands in this last week to PS-handhistory-folder and lunch manual or autoimport, cant I?

Yes... best is just a import from folder... instead of dropping the files in the auto import folder..
