View Full Version : Can't Open Table Ninja

I had previously downloaded the program for the trial, but the trial expired before I really tried it. I just decided to buy it today, but after I entered my registration code and updated the software it will not even open. I get he "TableNinjaFT has encountered a problem and needs to close." message.

I already tried uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling/restarting, and still the same thing. I have also tried launching it from my desktop icon and through HM.

Please help.

Please post or .zip and attach a copy of your TNLog file. Go to Start > Computer > C:\Program Files (x86)\table ninja(remove the '(x86)' if on a 32 bit operating system). I'll try to identify the problem.

It looks as if your installation has become corrupt somehow. Please PM me your skype or other messenger contact info. I'll setup a short teamviewer session to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Have you used the cleanup utility to remove and reinstall TableNinja? If so try going to C:/Program Files/TableNinja and delete the "TNConfigAutoLoad" file. TableNinja will create a new one when it launches.

Used the normal windows deinstall routine before, after your post i found the cleanup utility (your link from the 2+2 thread) your prolly talking about. With the same results as before, crashes while/before starting up. After deleteing the TNFTConfig_default.txt the only new thing was an error message regarding the missing config file in the log.

The TNConfigAutoLoad file I mentioned is the user written config file. The Default file you deleted is something different. Please PM me your skype or other messenger contact info. I'll take a look over teamviewer and see what I can do.

i have the same problem..
i install de TNFT yesterday and it run perfectly, later i restart my pc, it don't work. He open and when i click continue in trial window, TNFT switch off himself.

i try to reinstall it, but i don't make it works :(


the log is the follow:

what can i do to repair this? my versión is the latest downlodeable in your web.

It sounds like your copy has become corrupt somehow. Microsoft has a tool for cleaning up problem installations. Please visit:

Windows Installer CleanUp Utility Download - Softpedia (http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Windows-Installer-CleanUp-Utility-Download-18442.html)

Click one of the "Softpedia Mirror" links on the left and download the Windows Install Cleanup Utility. Make sure TableNinja is closed and use the utility to remove it. Then download and install a fresh copy of TableNinja from the website. Let me know if your still having trouble after.
