Hello,

I need help now, I start to use HM this days first, and I want to use on Betfair site (ongame).

My every hand is converted already, every new hand go into the database and table finder, got my online tables when I try to find them.

My only problem is no HUD stats on table there is nothing.... I turned off UAC in my WIN7 and I run the program as main boss. What can be the problem?

Thx and best regards!

You should import the file via import file and then delete the handhistory file from the handhistory folder. The autoimport has a performance problem at the moment. So you should start your session with an empty handhistory file.

Great thx, working now. :)

Only one more question, every morning when I start it and start the Auto Import... I must wait very long time...around 20-30min. I only import one folder (not more) with around 3-4k hands. My biggest problem, my table finder did not find my Ongame tables until this import not done.

what I doin wrong?

Thanks before again

New problem... I upgrade for the latest version and now import much more faster but in the table manager didnt show up the red sign what I need to pull to my tables... :(

this is not Win7 UAC problem.

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate_1.11.04_Internal.exe

manually check if there are handhistories "stuck" in your import folders and MOVE them to your archive folder.

Hello,

I have done everything and in table manager still dont show up the red box what I need to pull on my tables. The table manager see my tables, I think that becouse the program write them down in the left bottom corner on start... but they are not on the list and I cant put them there without the box.

what can be the reason, why I lose that box after a program upgrade?

thanks

I am having very similar problems. My table manager does not find any tables and I do not have a HUD. However the hh are appearing in reports. I have the latest version and I have UAC switched off.

Using table finder it announces that "i can not find any unatteched hands. please wait until the manager has imported some''.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.04 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - FAQ]FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD) - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

If you still cant get it to work:

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - Capture]Graphics Software, General Graphics Tutorials - HowTos (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm) a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the '\hem data' folder.

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
