I've had this problem for a long time but haven't had the energy to start solving it.

Cashgame importing and hud works fine without a problem but in tourneys it doesn't pop up the hud at the tables no matter what i do. Tablemanager does show the tourney tables on it but the hud just wont work.

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate_1.11.04_Internal.exe

in hud options--> player preferences--> USE FOR tab-->
make sure tourney is selected... and no other HUD has overlapping settings

Ahh shit... I've been using the default config and it doesn't have tourneys ticked in it and I can't change it... How the F has it worked before then... Is there a way to take the stats from default to another config without me having to change them all over again in a new config so that I can make it work for tourneys?

EDIT: Ooh looks like you CAN tick tourneys in the default config after I updated... Or am I just seeing things? :P

Ehh after updating hud doesn't even work on cashgame anymore...seems like it doesn't even import.

EDIT: I imported manually once and now the auto import works again but hud is ALL fucked up! None of the stats are where they should be. Ffs lol how can this be so hard. Now if i keep hud on I can't even see my cards or bets on some tables...

EDIT2: It's just like the whole layout has moves up 1-1,5cm on the tables, what could have caused this? How do i move all stats at once.

You can't.. just move them one by one.. and in table manager--> click file--> save positions...

or more radical
1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt and the prefs filee
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Is your Ongame client in english language?

Does it work with the table finder? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)
Note: our table finder is broken in 1.11.04. You need to use the latest beta http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Beta.exe
