View Full Version : UltimateBet hh's not working

sorry to be not very specific but HM doesnt work with UB most of the time, i get an error that says 'found0files to process' when i manually click on one of the hh files UB stores on my computer in the 'my handhistories' folder.

out of the 20 files there, only 3 imported fine, and one them had '1 hand imported' when i tested it when i just started the session but when i clicked again afterwards i got 0files to process again.

also, i play HU fwiw and have tried autoimport but that doesnt work. and have the latest software. not sure what i can do to help but i dont know whats wrong.

Also i installed the UB software again (but the hh folder wasnt deleted when i deleted the software).

Can you please try this update and see if its still occuring http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe and if so please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further

my main database still doesnt work at all (found 0 files to process), then i tried a different one and i can import there (but still imported shows1200$ profit while it's actually 1600$ so probably still errors) but hud still doesnt work there and i cant import during playing.

i uploaded the config file

ok, tried it again after i closed down my table and now the 11 hands i played are imported but i still doesnt work during play..

Youve lots of problems. I could tell you how to fix them but theres so many your better off starting from scratch and delete ALL your auto import folders, follow this FAQ on how to setup for Ultimate Bet http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=150

Also note that you dont have it set to move hands after processing for any of your files when your setting up the new auto import folders please follow the FAQ where it shows exactly how to set them up. The way you have it setup probably caused the last corrupt database so set it up correctly and then repost the config file if it still dosent work. BTW with UB you need to have the HH window open aswell while importing for it to work. Its all in the FAQ anyway
