Hi,

I play against a guy with a PFR of 5%, he raises me. So 5% can mean 77+, AJs+, but it can also be JJ+, AJs+, KQs, AQo+.
According to Pokerstove, both ranges mean 5% of the starting hands, but it's a significant difference, for example if I hold JJ to stay with that example.

So is it possible to find out with what Hands that guy is raising? Like it is in the player details window for 3bet, 4bet etc. preflop Hands?

Not currently possible for PFR simply because it would be alot of work for a situation which rarely occurs since most people have at least 10% plus its unrealistic to say hell raise 77-88 and wont raise with AK or AQ IMO. The best option would be run a quick report while playing and set the filter to include HH where PFR= true and run the Holcard report from the dropdown menu in HM
