View Full Version : Ongame + HM = fucked

Hey.I started playing on Ongame network (betfair) but HM seems doesnt work at all.No importin , no nothing ! :(
Work fine on Ipoker , but ongame fucked up.
Any help?

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

We have a performance problem with the ongame auto-import at the moment. Before starting a session you should move the ongame handhistory file to a different folder and import it via import file.

Would you please check the FAQ, post the answers and attach the file config\holdemmanager.config. And please Coluk50 create your own thread for this.

Now importing but very very slow :S and didnt finished yet 60min it says.

Ongame import issue will be addressed in the next update.

You should import the file via import file and then delete the handhistory file from the handhistory folder. The autoimport has a performance problem at the moment. So you should start your session with an empty handhistory file.
