Carbon HUD not working

5. It is saving them
6. they are showing up there
7. report shows 169 hands this month which is correct.
8. they are importing into the database check #7
9. no i havent tried the table finder.
10. yes they are in english

I am playing a cash game table right now and the hud is working for cash but it is still having problems with importing duplicate hands i have posted a screenshot of the import and also have posted other screenshots for you.to look over.

Duplicate hands during the import should not be a problem.

Is your Carbon client in english?

Please try the table finder while playing a SnG/MTT:

sorry about the delay here is an update,

I have played in Ring games on Carbon and the HUD works fine, and i also have played in a 5.50 cent buy in tourney on Carbon The HUD worked fine, it seems to only not work on the weekly 10 dollar buy in for a private tourney, i play in every week. and I also have HEM on my laptop and it also is acting the same way i purposely played in the buy in tourney on my laptop to see if i may of had a configuration problem on my desktop.

I think the private buy in i play is a 10 dollar plus 1 dollar Buy in is there possibly a problem with my version being the small stakes version ?

I am at a loss here . thanks in advance for your help.

maybe you need the whole folder here it is and yes client is in English.

The config file looks fine, i guess its just a problem with the special tourney type which might not be supported at the moment.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

It is now working on carbon tourneys that it was not before carbons update must of changed something

so i am good here thanks anyways
