Can't update HEM1 from 1.12.09 to latest version

I run through the update .exe (HmUpdate_release_1.12.11_02Oct2012.exe) and it finishes updating but when I open HEM again it still shows 1.12.09. What do I do?

It sounds like you have 2 install locations.

Delete the one that you just installed.

re-install and make sure you point to the correct location to install.
