Hi!

Can i check out a hand where i busted 10th or 19th in a 180 man sng with SNGWizard (click on a selected hand, then analyze in sngwizard, and then set it for 180 man sng's)?

Does it recognize 2 or 3 tables or does it analyze a hand as if it was the final table?

Does it work like it should? I don't want to learn to play incorectly ;)

This FAQ (http://www.sngwiz.com/tiki/tiki-view_faq.php?faqId=3#q16) should answer your question.

Thanx. So basically there is no icm consideration possible at the final table bubble, even though when i select 180 man structure, the payout structure for all 18 places is listed. Too bad.

That is not correct. ICM mode MUST be used at and only at the final table. The 180-man structure lists the top 9 payouts only because that is all that is needed for the final table.

OK, sorry about that, i'm not sure from where i got that from then :o

But why can't ICM be used at the final table bubble?
For instance 10 players left in 180 man sng, chipleader shoves BVB, you are 2nd in chips and got K8 in the BB and you're quite sure he is shoving very wide. Would you call and risk bubbling, when there are several stacks with under 5 bb's?
Wouldn't you rather pick on short stacks, rather than call in a marginal situation, since you got final table (probably at least 5th place) almost quaranteed?

In theory, ICM can be used before you get to the final table. But ICM has to know the stack sizes of all the players still in the tournament. That information is not provided in hand histories. Therefore, we have to use chip equity mode.
