Hi,

Obviously BF has just moved to ongame. Have configured HEM to autoimport but Table Manager doesn't find/recognise any tables. Table Finder lists unattatched tables, and the FAQ suggests I should move the red marker over the table in order for HEM to recognise it - but when I move it over the table it just jumps back to its original position.

Also, is there an FAQ for getting my HUD set up?

Thanks,

LOLWUT

Did that, no difference. Have now updated to official 1.11.04 and same thing.

HEM will auto-import hands (from users/my name/app data/local/p5/betfair/handhistory) and I can view them correctly in the sessions tab etc. HMArchive folder looks fine, hands are being copied over no problem. But Table Manager doesn't recognise that I'm playing any tables, and Table Finder cannot find unattatched hands. So I can't seem to get my HUD working.

I'm sure you're aware that the new betfair HH's save in a weird format - as one .txt file, which overwrites itself everytime there's a new hand played. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Only other relevent info I can think of is that I'm running Win7 - had no previous problems with previous betfair client though.

Can you start your session with an empty handhistory file by mnually deleting the handhistory file from the handhistory folder.

Also try creating a new database... and reinstalling HM (NOT SQL) using the full installer

Thanks for the response.

I've tried all 3 suggestions and I still have the same problem, with Table Manager not recognising that I'm playing any tables. Any further assistence would be greatly appreciated.

It should work with the table finder.

Just to make sure:

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.04 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

1.What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

1.11.04

1.What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?

Betfair/no

1.Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)

5max NL

1.Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

Yeah

1.Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.

Could you provide a link to this please? If you think it would be useful

1.Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

Yeah

2.If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

Yeah

1.If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)

This isn't my problem

1.Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

Initially Table Finder found my table but I couldn't get the red dot thing to hover over my table. Now, Table Finder says that it cannot find unattatched hands, although they are auto-importing into my database without issue.

1.If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

Yes

1.Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Done

It should work with the table finder.

I thought this. The FAQ says:

"If you get a message saying the HUD cannot find any unattached hands, this means the hands are not importing correctly. Please check your auto-import folders."

I am getting this message, however, the hands do seem to be importing correctly. I'll demonstrate with a screenshot:

Here you can see that HEM is successfully auto-importing, but that Table Manager + Finder refuse to recognise that I have a table open.

Please configure your hero names under hud options -> setup hero names.

The link for the ongame FAQ is here: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Ongame - BWIN Setup (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/13/Ongame+-+BWIN+Setup)

But i think something went wrong when you used table finder the first time:
please close HM and rename the file exenames.txt in the config subfolder of your holdemmanager installation path.
Restart HM and a new file will be generated. Open a betfair table and let the autoimport run and import the hands.
Now use the table finder again and drag the red cross for the unattached table onto the middle of the table. Close the table manager with the OK button, a message about the modification of the file exenames.txt should come up and it should work from now on.

If that doesn't work please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.

I did what you said with 'exenames', restarted HEM, hit autoimport and now Table Manager seems to be working fine. Brilliant - thanks very much.
