View Full Version : Carbon Poker hand history files?

I just started playing on Carbon Poker, set up the autoimport folders then played a few hands, but the hands are not showing and the HUD didn't work.

I double checked the hand history folders and at first the hands were there but in what I believe is XML format then when I checked again the folders were empty!

I am using 1.11.03 on windows 7 and I have no problem with other sites.

i am having the very same problem. I am using XP

I did set up them to save to HM archive folder and they are going there but in XML format. my hud is not working also on carbon i am also getting duplicate hands for every time it imports (every 5 seconds) the duplicate is exactly how many hands i have played the hands are showing up as hands in the tourney under hands.

pifan & armonica update to 1.11.03 & work through these carefully ~ check you've set up correctly (especially the auto-import folders):

If you are referring to the Carbon HH folder - HM moves the HH's to C:\HMArchive

ok i will watch this thread for a while and see if something new applys iw ill start a new thread

i have gone thru all the links, the only difference i see is on the carbon import you have (x86) in the import from path and i do not. i do not know if this is important.

and i really only play 10 dollar private game buyin once a week. so really not a big deal but would be nice to get it to work.

it is updated to current version

I double checked everything and now I am getting hands imported correctely
in HM but no HUD while I am playing.

same problem; hands import fine, but HUD doesnt display and table finder says "no unattached tables" check back later yadda yaddaa

worked for me with vista

Foozy told me this and the delete the config parts worked; and i lost hud setup; but then u just IMPORT the hud config u exported and it comes back.


1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...inderToShowHUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
