Your beta registration is showing database errors nad i need to use HEM on my new laptop. I emailed support yesterday, but seeing that response time is like 3 days i really need my PC#1 unlocked. Please help so i cantinue playing.

I'm in a similar situation I guess. Tried the beta registartion but that didint work. What happened was i unplugged my hard drive (cause i was cleaning the dust out of my computer) and ever since then holdem manger wont start becasue it says a valid liscense could not be obtained.

Sorry for this, our activation server was down (Windows updates....)

It should work again.

It still doesn't work, if i try to register my email, it says it's already in use.
So if i try to forgot password and enter ABOVE email, it says unknown email!
I even tried using my forum username, also no success!

At BETA registration i try to register / create account (AFAIK i don't have an account in this system right? )So i fill the form enter my emailadress and press "create account"

So now i get an error message "A user with the following email ID already exist" so im like wtf!?

Well, next step would be to reset password if my email was somehow already existing. So i click "forgot password" at the login screen and enter the ABOVE email that ALREADY exists. AGAIN i get a error message "We were unable to access your information. Please try again. "


I repeated all steps above with my forum account login and password.

hm cant register also with on this beta page :confused:

always the same message :
Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again.

and if i push "forgot Password" then :
We were unable to access your information. Please try again

I think the "forgot password" function is not working correct.

Can you create another account using a different email adress?

If that doesn't work only support@holdemmanager.com or sales@holdemmanager.com can help you.

ok now it work on my second PC, not At beta-registration site, but on the the main screen at startup.

No, you "thought" it wasn't working:


I think the "forgot password" function is not working correct.

So i kindly confirmed it for you, after getting lucky guessing my password in combination with the emailadress that "didn't exist" according to the system.
