View Full Version : HEM Server Down? - Unable to start HEM

I just started HEM and it said I need to validate my code (which i did a couple of years ago and have been using with no problem since)

Anyway I tried a few times times and it says

Could not activate license at server.
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exists or access denied.


When it says to go to Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.com//Registration) as a backup measure and I try create a user, it dies with a "Server not found" message"



I'm unable to work from this. Can someone check this a.s.a.p please?

same here.

i am not even able to reset on the registration page. i got that message there:


Server Error in '/Registration' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)

looks like you are changing the registration process?

Have the same mistake.
Also when I try to login at Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration/) I recieve a huge mistake.

I've also sent an e-mail @ support@holdemmanager.net

Sorry for this, our activation server was down (Windows updates....)

It should work again.
