I am having a problem with HEM importing Pokerstars Hand History files (from tournaments). They are fully intact in the Pokerstars folder so it's a problem with HEM.

HEM will take a tournament file such as the 24+2 tournament and turn it into dozens of small 2kb files. There seems to be no reason why it is cutting off at certain intervals. This is very annoying because it floods my hand history folder.

Any way to fix this? Thanks.

Which HM version are you using?
I remember discussing this problem some month ago but i thought it was solved somehow.

I just installed 1.11.04. I will try it with today's session and hopefully it will work better!

Ok same problem with 1.11.04.

Relevant info:

I switched the default directory Pokerstars writes HH's to.

FTP works just fine in the same directory.

I am using a SSD.

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate_1.11.04_Internal.exe

which SQL version are you using?
Create a NEW database....

Attach your holdemmanager.conf file...
you switched all the import folders from default? or you ARE using all the default folders?? If you switched them set everything back to default.

Still having this problem a year later. Using the newest version of HEM.

I'm using SQL 8.4. I will attach my configuration file.

I created a new database. I'm unable to set my Pokerstars HH folder to the default because I don't remember what the default is.

You are aware that one of your archive folders is the recycle bin?
I would never delete any original handhistories.

Stars: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/Poker+Stars+Setup
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/441/Poker+Stars+Tournament+Summary+Setup

The autodetect in the auto-import configuration should find the folders automatically.

Your archive time is configured to 5 minutes. Is it the same if you change it back to the default of 15 minutes?

Hey netsrak, thanks.

Which archive folder is in the recycle bin? My configure auto import shows:

Desktop\HH
Poker Application\Absolute\HH
Appdata\roaming
appdata\local\pokerstars

I did use auto detect for those?

The archive folder is called "Recycled" but it's not the Recycle Bin :P. Also I use the same HH folder for FTP and it works fine.
