Gnome XXL

I am running 1.11.01, and am currently updating to the current version.

My HUD does not show up on the table, but the HH's are being added. It DOES show up on the replayer.

Help, please.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I am running Windows XP.

My HUD works for PS, FT, Party, and various other sites. It was wonky for UB in the past, but I haven't played there much recently. The HH are being imported successfully and show up in my report. The HUD properly works in the replayer for NoiQ, but does not show up on the active table.

Any thoughts?

Please update to our latest release: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/34519-1-11-04b-internal-pre-release-important-stars-updates-here.html

I have successfully updated to the pre-release version.

I can be much more specific about the problem: The table manager simply does not see the NoiQ table, and therefore no HUD.

I am not ruling out some setting that I have screwed up.

Your help is appreciated.

-1 Try to use the TableFinder in TableManager.
Does TableFinder detect the table??
Which SQL version are you using?

-2 Try to create a NEW database...

Gnome XXL

1-Tried... no luck
It does not detect the table
I have 8.2 & 8.3 installed. How do I tell which one is being used?

2-Why?

I want to reiterate: when I open the replayer, the HUD sees it, and it works for all sorts of other sites.

As an aside, HEM is still recording Entraction tables as dollars instead of Euros in the report (shows '$'), although when graphing it knows to convert them.

Thank you for your continued work on this!

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate_1.11.04_Internal.exe

Click options--> database manager--> connect-->
to which port does postgres connection 5432??

Go to pgadminIII---> to which SQL version does that port relate? 8.2 or 8.3
Download PostgreSQL 8.4.4 from postgresql.org and install it on a different port (or update your 8.3. to 8.3.11)

And create a NEW database... new database is the solution for 99% of all problems, incase one of your indexes is corrupt.

Gnome XXL

port 5432 ---> PostgreSQL 8.2

I will download and install 8.4.4-1 and start a new database and get back to you.

Thanks.

Could this be the problem? http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-bugs/20537-entraction-bestonepoker-hud-table-finder-troubles.html

If so, I have attached my ExeNames.txt file.

NoiQPoker's .exe file is called Client.exe and is located at C:\Program Files\B2BPOKER\NoiQPoker

Please advise.

Thanks.

OK. I have installed 8.4.4-1 and set up a new database.

The hands are being imported properly, but the HUD is not working. The table finder does not see the table either.

Did you try http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

Gnome XXL
08-21-2010, 11:44 AM
This worked for me (have not updated to 1.11.05 Beta):

worked for me with vista

Foozy told me this and the delete the config parts worked; and i lost hud setup; but then u just IMPORT the hud config u exported and it comes back.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...inderToShowHUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
