View Full Version : Holdemmanager quit working, Help!

I purchased Holdem Manager from Ebay, I installed and it was working fine, now it will not work. When I try to validate I get a screen that says activate online now. Requires an active internet connection. On the left of the screen it says 0 of 15 days remaining. I have tried to activate online but it still does not work. I went to Holdemmmanger and redgistered my seial code but it does not show up. Can you help me? Many thanks!

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate_1.11.04_Internal.exe

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

These are hidden SYSTEM files. (not just regular hidden files)


Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file


if ALL that fails--> email SALES@holdemmanager.com with your serial key and ask if they can check the status of the key.

Thank you for your response, I tried all of the suggestions you provided but nothing worked, same problem. I sent the email to sales you requested. Do I just wait for them now or is there anything else I can try? Thanks!

I purchased this through an Ebay reseller, they gave me the code and I provided that to sales. Is there an different code that I need to have?




Would it work if I uninstalled the software and then reinstalled it as if I were a new user?

We have some issues with stolen codes at the moment.

Please mail sales again and let them check your code.

Thank you for your response, please do not think that I am trying to be rude or pushy it is just that my frustratuion level is rising. I have emailed sales asking them to check my serial code, I did that yesterday and today and as of yet they have not responded. Does this take days to do? If sales will not answer me than what do I do? This is why I am frustrated, I just want an answer so that I can determine what to do next. Many thanks! Jason

Thank you Patvs, Sales finally responded to me. They say I purchased a fraudulent serial code on Ebay, I am pursuing this with Ebay as a fraud claim. Once I settle that I will come back and purchase the program direct from Holdemmanager. Thanks for your help and patience. Jason
