I have no problems with importing or my hud, everything works fine. It's just when I first click auto-import, lately it just sits at "Auto Importing..." for the first 10-15 mins, then changes to:

Found 2 files to process.
Files imported: 1 of 2. Eta 12 mins.
376 duplicate hands.

But the ETA is totally off, only sits there for 30 secs, then moves to 2 of 2 and imports 50 (or however many I played while waiting) new hands instantly.
It seems like it's going over this first file of duplicated hands everytime, and it's really boggin down on it. But I have no idea. Isn't it supposed to move processed files somewhere?

For some reason it probably didn't properly move the handhistories to the archive folder.
Manually just MOVE all the files that are "stuck" in your import folders.

I tried to delete/move everything from that folder but I couldn't seem to navigate to it with windows explorer at all. Search wouldn't work either. I upgraded to windows 7 a few weeks ago. It was like the folder was hidden. By manually typing in the location of the folder in windows explorer I got there and deleted the files. It had created a handhistories.log and a handhistories-1.log file. I think one of those had been screwing up HEM. Seems to be working now.

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)
