Registration not working suddenly

Hi, I have had hold'em manager for over a year and I had it running this morning than restarted my computer and it suddenly says unregistered version. Than asks me to verify online which I do and says success.

Than it says license not found, and the licensing issues page comes up. I recently got the omaha manager. The one on my pc works fine but the one on my laptot is the one having issues. I checked online serial and the one for my laptop says disabled for some reason. I tired reinstalling nothing worked. It wont even let me into hold'em manager to reset the key.

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

These are hidden SYSTEM files. (not just regular hidden files)


Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

if that fails email support with your reg.log file + what you think you serial is.
