View Full Version : Ongame - 20 minutes before stats show

Hi,

I have just started using Ongame (Eurobet), and I'm really not sure where the problem lies. At first I thought it was not importing, as the HUD was not showing, but it seems to need around 20 minutes before the HUD comes up. I'm not sure if it has all the back data there or not (they do have quite a few hands, but...), but not everyones stats appear. This is an issue that I would like to resolve fairly quickly. I'm not sure if this is Ongame or HEM.

Please advise

Thanks in advance

Please close the Ongame client and delete the handhistory file or move it to a different folder.
Then try again.

PostgreSQL 8.3 I think. Well, thats what it says on the program file.

Did update and it has started correctly, and players stats are there too

Thanks!

Try installing SQL 8.4.4 to port 5433. Download it from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org) and start with a fresh database. (make sure you connect HoldemManager to port 5433)

Please see this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-bugs/33869-1-11-03-ongame-import-very-slow.html

We are working on a fix.

You say to start with a fresh database, but I am not too technical, and I really don't want to lose the mass of hands that I played on FTP. Is there a way of doing this and keeping the info located in the same place/whatever?

There is no need to touch your database. The problem is the holdemmanager auto-import for Ongame. We need to release a patch for this.

Until then please delete the file handhistory.log (in your Ongame handhistory folder) or move it to a different folder before you start a session.
You can import the files manually via import file.

Same problem here.... I thought it wasn't importing also but I guess it just takes a loooong time.

Well, actually I'm not sure they import at all, but hopefully they will sort it out and give us the patch ASAP.

Thanks guys

You are starting the session with an empty ongame handhistory file?
