I've used HEM on my laptop for the past month with no problems, but I installed it on my PC today and I'm having troubles. The hands are being imported and my HUD is updating with new information, but none of the information is showing up in the reports. I tried to pull up my report and it had 0 hands available, as did the reports of all my opponents. Any idea what could be going wrong?
