Hi

I have noticed that the HUD is not keeping up today whilst 4 tabling Rush.

Ive never really experienced this b4 the past 3 months.

90% time its ok, but i am finding that every few hand, 1 of the 4 tables is not displaying the correct player stats.

Is this normal?

Is there any way to address the issue?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Go to hud options--> table preferences--> and change the screen scape method

I am already using the latest version i.e. 1.11.03

I have opened
hud options--> table preferences
It is currently on DWM

DO I chnage it to "Print Window' or 'Screen Scape'?

HI I installed 1.11.04 Internal and am still experiencing the problem...

Its weird because I never had this problem until a few days ago, so am not sure what has changed...

the HUD display using version 1.11.04 is quite buggy.

I tried downloading and reinstalling 1.11.03 but for some reason it is still this 1.11.04 internal version...

If you want to downgrade to 1.11.03. Manually delete holdemmanager.exe
Then run the 1.11.03 installer again.

Hi

My player HUD stats dont seem to be updating on Rush Cash games.

The hands are importing ok, as I see my hand results updated in the reports and session TAB, however, stats arent updating on the tables.

i.e. I have paid attention to a few players I have definitely played a few hands wit, yet on their HUD display, stats are zero, making it look like I have not played any hands Vs them.

I am running version 1.11.04B Internal.

Everything else seems to be working fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Im trying to observe what the issue is and It seems that players HUD stats I have never previous played hands with b4 this session are not updating, where as players I already have hand history wit do update.

FYI

Seems some players HUD stats I have not previous played against are updating, and some are not.

What I have noticed is that the majority of players I have previous played against are updating.

Very strange...

I just noticed that on one hand, one particular player's HUD stats were shown, then the next hand involved wit the same player showed 'no data', then hand after that displayed stats.

I'm definitely baffled.

What happens if you uncheck site options->ftp->ocr?

BTW. i merged your threads

-1 create a new database
-2 hud options--> table preferences--> change the screen scraping method
-3 hud options--> site options---> turn on/off the OCR on Full Tilt

I turned off OCR and it seems to resolve the issue of updating player HUD stats.

I'll continue to monitor it tho and report bk if it starts to play up again.

As for the HUD display keeping up and displaying the correct player stats, Im still experiencing issues.

Ive tried all the three different scrape methods.

I have not created a new database yet cos I havent figured out how to import all my hands into a new one.

Can you point me to the guide for this.

If this problem persists I guess I'll create a new DB.

All your hands are moved to the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).

To import them into a new database use the import file or import from folder option.

Hi

I have now created a new DB. Have tried OCR set at OFF and Have also tried the 3 different scrape methods but my HUD on rush Cash games is regularly still not keeping up, i.e displaying incorrect players on hands.

When OCR is ON, some player HUD stats are not updating and returning no data

I am running 1.11.04B Internal

Is this a known issue or am I the only one experiencing this?

Current situation:

Two ways to get the RUSH HUD:
-1 hud options--> table preferences--> screen scrape method (three different settings)
DOWN SIDE: doesn't work for everybody.. yet. But we're adding improvements with every HoldemManager update
PLUS SIDE: 100% accurate, fast

-2 OCR (optical character recognition)
DOWN SIDE: not very fast, can even skip stats especially when multitabling rush, not 100% accurate
PLUS SIDE: works for almost everybody

So you'll have to stick with OCR.... then turn off OCR to try the screen scape method with every HM update. Another big RUSH update is coming in the 1.11.04 FINAL version... or 1.11.04C / 1.11.05.. not sure what it will be called..

Thanks for the reply Patvs.

I'll keep tinkering with the settings and hopefully one of the updates will address my issues.

FYI
When I tried OCR on, it caused my FTP RUsh table window to go blank (black), and HEM hud to crash.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Only play on one table.. and save the positions... before you open new tables..

How do I:
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.

??

edit: ah I assume step 3 is how I delete the existing position files.

I carried out step 3 by deleting these 2 files, but when i opened HEM and a table again, my HUD positions were not reset, i.e. positions were same as where I normally have them.

Anyways I still carried out the remaining steps and will report back wit results when i play a session.

I followed these steps and the HUD positions are still all over the place.

I have done these steps twice now.

It does seem appear that step 3, deleting those .txt files does Not delete existing position preferences (as the previous positions are still remembered).

Further assistance would be grateful

It has been a few weeks now and Im still having issues.

I can no longer play because the player HUDs keep changing position.

Can I get a member of support to remote in and try to help me address it?

I updated to the 1.11.04 official release

When OCR is set to Off, my HUD positions are still messed up and changing all the time.

However, when OCR set to ON it seems to at least be working.

I still would like a fix for when OCR off tho.

Hi

Im still having the same issues even after you remoted into my PC.

When OCR is on, I am noticing that every 2nd or 3rd hand on a table is displaying incorrect players.

When OCR is off, player HUD positions are all over the place.

Can you help me address these issues.
