Merge hands not importing

Dear HEM Support,

Over the past few months my HEM stopped accepting hands from Carbon, I am not sure why. I play both the "Fast" 6max 10nl tables and the regular tables. This never happened before with the regular tables, but after an update I think it changed. Please help as I haven't been able to review for some time now.

What version of HM are you using? Please update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_02Oct2012.exe let us know if you are still having problems.
