View Full Version : Latest PS update and import not working (Tournament)?

I've been playing both tournament and cash games right now and import not working on both!

I did not change a thing, only thing that I have noticed is some kinda pokerstars upgrade.

anybody else with same issues, can I try something to make it work?

EDIT: cash games are working now, but tournament not. What to do ?

same here for the VIP $100,000 freeroll. My 1/2 NL six max tables are bringing up the HUD fine.

Did it work for you earlier guys? This is my MTT for quite some time now, but I know it worked before...

For me it does not work also in the VIP $100,000 freeroll

Played several times before with no problem at all

I also play 100.000.

So I guess nobody have their HUD working, which is not a bad thing ;)

I really hope it will be fixed untill next saturday when 1.000.000 freeroll will be up!

I read a post by Fabio of support saying they should work, but I queried him by email on this & he explained (to paraphrase from memory)...

...that HM had stopped supporting freerolls, but would be supporting them again on the major sites

Thats awful, Pokerstars VIP freerolls are bigger tournament then regular tournament on other sites. Cmon, there is a 1.000.000$ freeroll next saturday.

Do we know which version still supports freeroll tournaments, because it seems there is time to downgrade?

The freerolls at PS stopped working for me around version 1.11.01 or 1.11.01a, but I could be misremembering. The date that I first noticed this however was 18th June

Judging by the dates in there 1.11.01a should work ~ assuming the missing fixes from rolling back don't screw up something else for you in other games

I suppose the fix for PS will be in the next release, which is the 'next few days'
