View Full Version : HEM stops working

HEM says my version is not registered for some reason. Formatted my PC a few months ago and have been using my HEM on current version without any problems until today. I have gone through FAQ and done everything there and its not helping. Emailed support ab 3 hrs ago and no response someone help i cant play until its back up thanks.

i can't help you from here, you should wait for the answer from support.

Did you attach the file logs\reg.log?

did all of these, yes i attached reg.log file.
finally got email back like 12hrs later, followed directions to delete license, update and try again etc still doesnt work :(

I have followed the directions through the FAQ. I also followed the directions here: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/33216-activation-problem.html


I am not advanced enough to try the revo option at the end IMO but I followed the previous directions and re did them over and over to see if I had done them correctly and still get the same response. Before doing revo should I backup my DB??

One error message came up saying deployLX licensing developer mode is enabled. Be sure to disable this feature before releasing your assembly. I have not found any info on forums regarding this message.

I am also currently scanning my HDD for possible infections.

Hi HM,

I am having the same problem, HM was working fine for me even through mid day yesterday, but when I went to log on for my evening session my registration was gone and I couldn't add my registration code Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration) it doesn't add and my old two registrations are gone. I'm not sure whats going on- can you just manually add my serial?

Umm wtf. Ive been on vacation for a month, come back and HEM isnt registered anymore.

Not only that, but Im told by support that I've prolly been scammed cuz they said I bought my key through another member, which isnt true at all. I bought HEM a long time ago and upgraded to the Omaha version as well approx. a year ago.

Anyhow.. Whats even more weird is that my key is the same as compounder.. Was I just sent a generic key back in the day?

That's wierd Binbs, that we have the same serial.... wonder what's going on here.
