Hi yosh1

That's like phoning emergency services on your mobile to report you are trapped in a house fire & not telling them your address :)

###
Work through this FAQ & try everything:

If that doesn't work:

1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

Holdem Manager small stakes 1.11.3

2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?

stars only. don't play on other sites

3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)

NL

4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

yes

5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.

done. still not working

6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

same as 5

7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

done

8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)

they are importing

9. Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

I can't find it anywhere.

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

yes

11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

ok

I'm not support so I'm no expert...
I looked at your HoldemManager.config file & PS looks OK except you haven't got this path set up that I could see:
>> C:\Program Files\RVG Software\holdem manager\importing\hem data

So maybe you will get a HUD if you do this:
>> FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Full Tilt & Poker Stars Prefetch Walkthrough (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/101/Full+Tilt+%26+Poker+Stars+Prefetch+Walkthrough+)

I'm not sure if it will work, but it's good to have pre-fetch set up on PS anyway

###
This is the 'Table Finder' function, but it should not be needed on PS
>> FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

It sounds like the Table Manager is not launching. This has happened to a few people recently after updating to 1.11.03 and it seems to usually be an oolder installation (2009).

The workaround would be to manually launch HMHUD.exe from the \RVG Software\Holdem Manager folder by double-clicking. You could also create a shortcut manually for your desktop. Neither of those are actual cures though.

The few of these cases I have helped on teamviewer were cured by a clean reinstall of HM. You will need to manually reconfigure all your settings and double-check the auto-detect import folders vs your old import folders, to be sure you get the reinstall setup properly. You can then import any custom HUDs into your new installation.

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+)

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

Things have actually gotten worse.

I've been struggling all day with the HUD problem, following the steps. The table manager initially worked, but after I imported my database, it stopped working again. After reinstalling many times doing the steps over and over, things started getting worse. I can't see my hands and everything's buggy (picture). I have no idea if the databse's corrupt now, or what to do next, but I'll upload the config file. I surely need all the help I can get!

At the moment you have no auto-import folders configured.

Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.
