Hi

I had HEM set up and importing hands and everything was working fine but now it has stopped working, table manager recognises the tables but no hands being imported.
This is on the 'ongame' network.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.03 from the link in my signature.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

Hi

I have tried to create a new database, it was importing old hands but then froze.
Not that great at this kind of thing, therefore would it be possible to book a teamviewer session.

Possibly you are trying to import using the autoimport button ?
Have a read - it's very simple really ~ team viewer maybe not necessary because it could be a simple thing...
