Problem with replay viewer

I have no idea why the replayer is not working, do you have any suggestions? I have followed the straight forward instructions and nothing happens. I am only using the trial version, does it only work with full membership? Please any help appreciated, many thanks

Have you got the Table Manager running, please update and try again http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe

thank you for your response can i only use the replayer on hands where i have played on the table? i have updated to no positive effect. i'm sorry if i am missing something straightforward.

No you should be able once you right click on any HH and choose replay hands or double click a HH, email me morny@holdemmanager.net and well do a teamviewer session to have a look
