My computer semi-crashed. The Tech guys were able to save all my files but I had to reinstall Hold'em Mananger. The question is when my hand histories were being imported and processed where did the database get saved to? How do I associate the db with the newly installed Holdem Manager. Sorry if this is vague but I know squat about computers. Thanks in advance.

The data go into the postgresql database.
Usually the database files are somewhere under c:\program files\postgresql\8.x\data.
Did you reinstall postgresql? You need to connect it to your old data folder following this faq: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstall PostgreSQL Preserving Old Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/71/Reinstall+PostgreSQL+Preserving+Old+Database)
If you don't have this old data folder you need to install postgresql (if its not already installed and running) and create a new empty database and reimport all your hands (you should find them in the hm archive folder, default is c:\hmarchive)

After you installed Holdemmanager you should get a database management screen where you have a create database button.
FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
To import your old hands use the functions Import->import file or import from folder and navigate to your archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).
