Missing hands

I'm starting to get really bloody annoyed with HEM. If it's not one thing, it's the other.

I review each session straight after I've finished and recently I've noticed that up to 10% are not being captured.

All my stats are screwed because wins/losses are not being recorded.

I'm running Windows 7 with the latest patch. Can someone please assist.

My last two threads are all related I suspect.

Here's a few screenshots from a session I did tonight (BEAT: Cheeseburger stakes), however the stakes aren't what is important.

As you can see, I played 229 hands in the session, however it has only recorded and reported on 146 hands.

I've done everything that I've been asked however I am still missing lots of hands.

Any help is much appreciated.

and post the answers into this thread and attach the file config\holdemmanager.config.

It that doesn't help we will arrange a teamviewer session to figure it out.

Your auto-import configuration for redback looks really strange. I think the 2nd entry is obsolete, please delete it.

From which site are the missing hands?

I'm only missing hands from Full Tilt.

I've removed the Redback entry.

I'm missing only cash games, however I haven't played any tourneys for the past few months.

I played a quick session tonight, can see the .txt files sitting in their respective folders however the hands themselves are just not imported.

I tried to import them manually,however nothing imports.

I think it is something with your windows currency and date settings.
