I've tried just about everything I could on my own before coming here.

Problem # 1

On Full Tilt my HH folder keeps creating a new folder within a folder.

Like it's C:/FullTiltPoker/HandHistory/Undercover_Stud and it should just stop there, but over times it keeps creating .....HandHistory/Undercover_Stud/Undercover_Stud/Undercover_Stud
etc. It's on it's 8th folder right now and idk how to stop the problem.

Problem # 2 Pokerstars HUD isn't working for me now. I'm about 98% positive that the HH is saving but the HUD is working.

I'm pretty lost and frustrated and would appreciate any help. If it's better to skype me or tv I can do that too. Hatchins on skype.

1 - You are causing this by going to the Options > Hand History > Change Folder and then you picked the existing C:/FullTiltPoker/HandHistory/Undercover_Stud folder. Instead you should have simply picked the C:/FullTiltPoker/HandHistory/ folder and stopped there. It would then write the hand history files to the existing /Undercover_Stud folder. By picking your player name instead of the /HandHistory folder it will create another /username folder inside of whatever folder you pick, in this case you picked your username instead of teh /HandHistory folder.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.
