View Full Version : Victory Poker/everleaf not being detected

Hey, I went through all the steps to set up Victory Poker/everleaf in the FAQ and I can't get it to detect or import any hands. FTP/PS works fine, any other steps I can do? Thanks

actually it is importing hands, but I cant detect the tables with the HUD!

Are you using an english Everleaf client?
Does it work if you use the table finder? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

thats what I meant earlier I should have been more specific, I couldn't even see tables with the table finder. This is with victory poker, which is an english client, yes.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.03 from the link in my signature.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

i was already running latest beta and those were running as admin, I guess I will follow the question guide and email support. Thanks

my HUD isn't working either. Hands import allright and table shows up in table finder but cursor does nothing when put over highlighted table. Everything is ok in the FAQ. All instructions followed with no result.

Guess I'll just play elswhere.

1.What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?- Victory poker and no

1.Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT-) NL

1.Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?- Yes

1.Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.- HEM looks to be configured correctly

1.Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.- Hand histories are showing up

2.If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.- confirmed, there are reports.

1.If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. How do you attatch this file without pasting? It's fairly long. I see there is a manage file attachments below in the reply window, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
