Can't Start HM, help please

Ok, this morning I try to run holdem manager and I get the following message:

Then I click ok, and I get this:

I Click connect, and this comes up:

And then the whole process repeats again.

I didn't touch anything or mess around with any settings.

You guys know what's going on?

Hello. Thanks for the reply. I think I solved the start up issue by simply rebooting my system, but now I lost all of my hands except the ones played on 7/29/2010. I tried importing again but that didn't work. Anybody have any idea how I can get my other hands back?

To re-import hands you have to move them to a new folder & re-import using the 'import from folder' button

BUT you probably do have the hands in your DB ~ you just can't see them...

Clear the main filter:

Filter > Clear and then
Filter > Use for all

Now try reports, hands, graph and sessions TAB and see if the hands are showing up in any or all of the TABs

Beside the date filter and clear filter you should see a dropdown box with All Games, Omaha, Holdem etc make sure All Games is selected.
