No players visible afters succesful import?

Hi,


My first installation attempt of HM failed, because i had another SQL server installed on the address 127.0.0.1; therefore I uninstalled that one, and installation of HM (and SQL prog) succeeded!

However, now the imports seem to succeed (from Party), but no players are ever shown in HM!

It says it imported 15 players, but I can select none; any ideas?

Obviously I tried to reinstall the software for 10 times (including full deletion of SQL directory), no difference

Have you set up your 'Player Name' ?

You might have a filter applied & not be aware of it ~ HM can appear to have no filters applied when there are filters applied :

** Clear the main filter go to...
'Filter' button > 'Clear' and then
'Filter' button > 'Use for all'

** Now try reports, hands, graph and sessions TAB and see if the hands are showing up in any or all of the TABs

** Beside the date filter and clear filter you should see a dropdown box with All Games, Omaha, Holdem etc make sure All Games is selected

Many thanks for your reply; I tried all of your options, but here it is:

On the left menu bar it says it has 15 users, but when I click 'change user' is doesn't show any.

Therefore I still think it is some kind of database problem?!?

Any way to reset the database or build a new one from scratch?

See picture: on the left you see '15 users' and top-right you see none!

you need to type in the first character of a player name, then the liste should be filled with suggestions.

This is what you see when you click on the down arrow (to the right of the word 'Change'):
This drop-down menu gives all the necessary player change options
FOR EXAMPLE: To get the 'Select Player' pop-up window displayed below you just click on 'Player Search'

I propose that HM drops the whole change/arrow buttons &
makes the word 'Player' a button that produces a drop-down menu like the top picture
