I can't seem to get BF2 going on HEM. Will you/do you support this site?

Thanks

+1

I can get import to work (just auto-detect folders) but the HUD just won't show up - Table Finder remains empty too.

For other users it works with table finder.

Please make sure your Pokerclient is in english language.

I cant get HHs to import or load HUD. I do not have an "auto-detect" button in the "configure auto-import folder".

Furthermore, I don't have table scanner- will the HUD not work without this anyway?

Many thanks,

###
AUTO-DETECT BUTTON

It's not in a folder. See the top picture in this FAQ:
>> FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Setting Up Auto Import Folders (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/274/Setting+Up+Auto+Import+Folders)

###
TABLE SCANNER

You are talking about 'Table finder' I think ? Which is not the same as the "table scanner". These FAQ's will help you:
>> FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)
>> FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Table Manager (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/67/Table+Manager)

###
NO HUD

If after doing all the above you still do not get a HUD please report back

I was getting my first session imported into HEM, but no hands were imported for my second session. What I did then was that I tried to rename the handhistory file to "handhistory2" and then the hands were imported perfectly.
Seems that for new betfair all hands are put into the same text file called "handhistory.txt" which is now located in my appdata/local/P5/betfair folder, and that HEM wont recognize hands thrown into this file as new hands.

I have not gotten the HUD to work at all btw, but obv seems that we need the issue above sorted out first.

I am having the exact same problem.

It is importing fine as I the hands are showing up in the database.

Table finder is not auto detecting, and when I try to manually attach the table using the red square, when I let go of the mouse button the square sits over the table name I have dragged it to and does nothing.

Thanks

Please see the last post in this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/34198-betfair-2-a.html

It should work.

If you can't figure it out please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.

that doesnt work because auto import wont recognize new hands being added to an already excisting handhistory.txt file.

The new hands are added nicely to the bottom of the file. The problem is with the HEM auto import.

But the autoimport should see the changed file and reimport it again.

Please arrange the teamviewer session.
