Error intalling

Im getting this error when I try to install holde'manager:

This is caused by windows security settings. I think its the Microsoft scription host. Please activate this service and try again.

If you still have problems please try to download postgresql from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org). Try installing the 8.4 version, if that fails please try version 8.3.
