View Full Version : Blank Hand Histories

I had a computer issue that resulted in me losing all of my data, FTP sent me all of my HHs and I imported them. Since I lost all of my notes, I went to use the replayer to make a bunch of notes, noticed there were large blank spots in the hand scroller. When I tried to view these hands hand histories they were blank. All of the info about the hand was on the main HEM interface but nothing in the HH text pop up or replayer. Are these hands still used in my HUD stats? How do I access them for the replayer? Help :)

I have the most current version.

What happened exactly? Did you import the hands to a new database or the same database?


*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstalling on a new PC - Backup Tips (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips)


If you have the same issue in a new DB, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

Its all new, I reset my computer back to factory settings. Downloaded HEM and imported all of my hands.

No, that is what happened prior to this current issue, my computer was reset back to factory settings.

If it doesn't work please mail support as Fozzy posted to arrange a teamviewer session.
