I believe this is not a bug. I have to get out of this problem. When I play, stats goes one on top of the other and blink at the same time. Its happening in every poker room. Impossible to use and I really need those stats. Can you please provide a solution for this problem.

* I have been using HEM for a long time but It wont work with my new (used) computer for some reason. This problem existed at the very first time when I opened a first table with hem.

* I have an integrated video card, like 5 years old computer, xp installed.

Support told me to do these changes. I made changes, but no effect:

-1 turn off show table avgs
-2 set show number of pots to NONE
-3 turn off use multiple panels
-4 turn off scale font
-5 turn off fix my stats positions

Afterwards..--> just MOVE the panels that are blocking a players name/STACK info by rightclick drag-moving the HUD panels.

PS. I sent message to support but they didnt have a solution for it, so I send a post here.

There is a good example in that screenshot.

IMO only...

Most likely this is your system setup or Windows not up-to-date or both
The picture suggests to me that HM/postgreSQL is having troubles, but not necessarily the fault of HM/postgreSQL :) ...

###
Open explorer > right-click on C:\ (or whichever drive/partition contains postgreSQL) > Properties > 'General' Tab
Is your HDD file system NTFS or FAT32 where postgreSQL is installed ?
If FAT32 you need to convert it to NTFS
(I'll post instructions if you need them)

###
Open explorer > right-click on 'MyComp' > Properties > 'General' Tab
Does it say 'Service Pack 3' there ?
[I'm assuming you are 32bit ~ there is no SP3 for XP 64bit]

###
Have you got Windows automatic updates turned on & have you kept up-to-date ?

Okay. NTFS partition and sp3 is installed. Luckily support give me teamviewer support so I think this is going to be fixex.

Thanks.

Okay so problem is now solved:

Support fixed all of the updates etc via teamviewer but it didnt help. So I almost bought a new graphics card but it wasnt the case. I changed configuration from default to fixed one that I found on this forum.

hud options - player prefences - import

Then I imported new file and went to "use for" box. I changed it to site where I played and game ( 6max for me).

After that flashing stopped and boxes ain`t moving anymore.
