View Full Version : Exported Merge Hands Importing as wrong Stake

I exported some NL25 Merge hands to file, and imported them on another computer. Both are running the latest version of HEM.

All the hands were classified as NL50 for some reason. I tried purging and reimporting them but no luck.

Has anyone else this issue?

Please 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org) the (original) hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.

The original hands are in your archive. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

What if I don't have the original hands? The hands came directly from a HEM hand export.

You don't have them in the archive folder?
Then please send us the exported files instead and we try to test with them.

After this happened, I purged these hands and tried to reimport them again. This messed up all the player stats for players contained in these files so I created a new database and imported them one last time. This time they worked! I'm not sure what's going on.

I can still send you the files if you want.

I'm still having issues with some of the hands in these files where the stakes are wrong when the hand doesn't have a Small Blind posted. Thread found here:
