The title says it all....

Stars introduced the new tables lately and even manually choosing the overlay does not help.

This is a known issue and we will need to release an update. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

i have recently transfered to a new laptop and hands are recorded in stats but no hud ever appears at all on stars. I wondered if it was due to the laptop switch or do you think its the same problem? I have been experimenting with hu low limit cash games?

The issue in this thread is only for the new 20-100BB Hu tables. All other tables should work.

You guys are usually so good about releasing immediate beta updates to fix simple problems like this. What's the holdup, it's been a long time now..

agreed. i would assume you could do a quick 1.11.03a release to fix the hh format issue, even if it was just released in the thread to people specifically having the issue.

Hi,

We have a build with it fixed, but a Auto-import bug made it's way into the build. This was found at the 11th hour of testing. This failed the build for public release. If that release doesn't happen today, we'll release a build here that has the Stars HU tables fixed. Current Auto import problem probably won't effect you at all. Problem is game type is switched to Omaha when HM auto detects import folders on boot.

Again, we'll have a build here today no matter what. If it's not the official release it will be an unofficial one.

I'm having the same problems with the PS 40-100bb full ring tables. Some of the tables the HUD displays, some it refuses to display and some it displays then stops updating after a few to fifty hands. I tried going to full opacity and forcing it upfront. Nothing works.

1.11.04Internal did not fix my problem.

Attached is an image from my testing.

Since yours sometimes works, sometimes stops working, sometimes doesn't work at all, etc., I'm wondering if your import folders are looping with your archived hands?

Can you double check that all your import folders archive locations are not part of a Auto-Import folder?

Also, if you can add anything to help me duplicate this I'd appreciate it.

If others have issues with .04 Stars 40-100BB FR tables, feel free to chime in with your findings.

Thanks,
-B

Same problem @20-100bb tables HU @stars, when is an update coming? I don't want be a jerk, but I didn't pay 90$ for a programn that doesn't work at all at the stakes I'm playing, it's been like this for like two weeks...

HUD crashes on launch with new internal build

"The procedure entry point QueryFullProcessImageNaneA could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

EDIT: some googling seems to indicate this error comes from your use of DLL's that require at least vista. I'm on XP SP3.

Try this build:
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate_1.11.04_Internal.exe
I've personally tested this at .25/.50 and it 100% works. If you are on XP, I'd probably hold off on updating. It looks like some things changed in HMHUD that are causing issues with Windows XP.

I just checked. My archive folder is c:/poker/processedhands and my hand history folder is located in c:/users/. I should inform that I play 6 tables at once of PS .25/.50 NL holdem 40-100bb full ring. The HUD works for some tables, does not show for some tables and stops updating on other tables. It does not matter if the table is fast or normal time period. This bug started Sunday after PS' last update and 1.11.04Internal has not solved it.
