Hi,

I canīt get the HUD to work.

I downloaded the trial version of HEM. I managed to import manually earlier handhistories to HEM, but auto import function does not work. I have checked that I have selected correct folders for HEM to search hadhistories. When I click "start autoimport", TableManager window opens immediately and it recognizes the tables where I am playing, but it shows 0/5, or 0/10 players in all of them even though there are several players playing in them. Also the "import" section in HEM does not show any signs of getting handhistories imported.

I have Windows XP and this problem occurs with Ongame and Boss Media (havenīt tried any other sites yet) if that matters.

Thanks if someone can help me!

Make sure you have setup the poker clients to write the hands that HM is looking for - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Poker Clients (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/categories/Frequently+Asked+Questions/Installation+%26+Setup/Poker+Clients/)

What sites do you play? Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Try the table finder - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

Hi,

I did all of those things you adviced to do. However, the problem was not in any of them.

The problem disappeared when I emptied the handhistory folder where from HEM should auto import hands.

I donīt know whatīs behind this solution, but letīs see how long it works from now on.

Are they not being archived automatically? Or did you perhaps put a bunch of old hands there to auto-import?

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Warning: You have XXX Hand History Files in your Auto Import Folders (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/119/Warning:+You+have+XXX+Hand+History+Files+in+your+A uto+Import+Folders)

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > Auto Import Archive Age > change it from 15 to 5.

Try to make sure you close full tilt before you stop auto importing and close HM. Make sure you open HM and begin auto importing before you open full tilt. That should help insure the hands are archived automatically. Sometimes the full tilt client doesnt like to let us archive them and as you found out a lot of old hands in an auto import folder will cause importer lug and HUD delay or total absence.
