hello, i bought HM some days ago, at the 1st day i could log on HM, then 2 days later when i tried to log on he asked me to type some kind of username and password which i don`t know,
so has anyone had the same problem ? and if yes what can i do ? some people already told me that i need to run my holdemmanager.exe as an Administrator but i don`t know how to do that, at the HM page i see how to do that with Windows 7 or VISTA but not how to run program as an administrator on Windows XP

This is a one time message which comes up on some installations.
If you have an administrator account please enter administrator as user name and the corresponding password
If you don't have an administrator account please use your username and password.

Under XP there is no need to run the exe files as Administrator.

Are you really trying to run 1.10.04? This version is pretty old, please update to our latest release.

Please check your windows account settings in the control panel. If you are the only configured user account on this computer you have administrator rights. So just enter your username and password in the form.

If you can't figure it out please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.
