So ive been having lots of problems with my manager. Ive been trying to fix them myslef but i finally give up.


First problem: It takes forever for my hud to start when i open HEM> usually about 15-20 minutes. I have done all the performance tips and vaccumed my database and so on.

Second: I cnat find the rush hud option. In earlier versions I had the option to import notes but now i dont even see that since i DL the latest version. Even when i did have the option i could never get it to work right. I never played much rush so didnt mess it. But now im starting to play alot more of it and would really like to get this fixed.

third: Alot of sng and mtts are coming up as incomplete. Some will show that there were 5 players or something when it was an mtt. I usually just go back and manually enter the winnings but this is getting to be an annoyance.

What i have tried to do fix this. Like I said ive DL the latest versions. I have tried the tips and tricks section, FAQs and still have the same issues.

I run windows7, any help is apprecaitted. thanks

I suggest that you forget about your secondary problems (for now) & concentrate on the main one ~ which you've already posted about twice before

To begin with...
Close HM
Download & install 1.11.03
Restart your PC
Open HM
Check it reads '1.11.03' in the title bar

i HAVE DONE ALL THIS BEFORE AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES. i HAVE THE EXACT VERSION YOU WROTE. i HAVE DONE EVERYTHING YOU MENTIONED MULTIPLE TIMES.


mY HUD WORKS BUT ONLY AFTER A WHILE, IT JUST POPS UP ALL THE SUDDEN.

I HAVE SET IT TO RUN AS ADMIN AND ALL THAT TOO. AND LIKE I SAID IN MY OP I TRIED ALL THE PERFORMANCE TIPS AND TRICKS AND STILL NOTHING.

NOT TRYING TO CAUSE ISSUES HERE, BUT IVE LET THIS GO FOR A WHILE HOPING IT WOULD WORK ONE TIME AND KEPT TRYING DIFFERENT THINHG BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. I EVEN WENT AND INSTALLED OLDER VERSIONS BUT THAT DIDNT WORK EITHER. i HAVE LITERALLY DONE EVERYTHING YOUVE ASKED ME TO DO

P.S. sorry for all caps just relaized they were on and im not retyping this

What version of Holdem Manager are you using? yes

What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site? Ft and stars

Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)Nl Sng and mtt

Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?yes

hands are importing where theyre supposed to be

Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? yes i tried it and didnt work


If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?yes

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

ok, so it keeps saying upload error when i try to upload the config.hem file. any suggestions? thanks

Please delete all entries from your auto-import configuration and create one new entry for stars and one for FTP.

Before starting the auto-import please check the stars and FTP handhistory folders and make sure there are no files or subfolders in this handhistory folders.

After this please try again.

For the Rush notes: this is no longer supported. We have a fully functional rush hud. Please make sure you are using HM version 1.11.03 without internal in the title bar of holdemmanager.

MTTS/SnGs: I guess on Stars? You need to request and import the summaries in the Stars client.

i went and checked to make sure i had the version specified. It is the correct version

I deleted the current FT HH file used for importing. I then added it again and made sure there were no files in that folder or subfolders. It was empty.

My HEM hads been on all night so when i clicked start auto import the hud came right up and was working fine.

I clsed HEM because the problem usually happens when I first open it. So when i reopend HEM i was already sitting on a non rush cash game table and clicked start auto import. the hud never showed up and the problem occured it has been 10 minutes since i have clicked start import and it still nothing.

The table finder window opens but when i go to the table finder and click find tables an error message pops up saying could not find any files please wait for manager to import files.

I think your import folders are probably still set up wrongly:
Check all the parts of this FAQ, but close your poker client before doing anything & stop auto import :

It might be (for example) that the HH's are not being cleared from the poker client HH folder into the HMArchive

Your 'Add Auto Import Folder' should look like this
** Folder Name: As shown in pic, but confirm by using the 'select' button to the right & browsing to the FTP \HandHistory folder on your machine
** Import from sub folders? : Check
** Archive Folder: C:\HMArchive
** Disable Archiving: UNCHECK

When you've set that up clear the hands from the \HandHistory folder

launch HM
launch poker client
Auto import
play cash

If no luck then attach that same file as last time

i tried everything you just listed and it still does the same thing. I have deleted all poker clinets and reinstalled them.

My import folders look just like the ones shown in the picture on the FAQ page. The picture you have doesnt work but im assuming its the same one.

i tried multiple sites and its the same thing on all of them
