I am following the directions in:

I cannot get the HH to appear in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HEM Data like this screenshot shows

Update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe and if you still have a problem email me morny@holdemmanager.net and well arrange a teamviewer.com session

I'm having the exact same problem as OP. I followed the instructions and the HH will not show up. Any updates on how to solve this?

I may need to schedule a teamviewer meeting with you if it's not solved ASAP.

If you followed the instructions exactly as per the FAQ and also have the latest version then contact me for a teamviewer session

1.06.04 beta 15 seems to be working much better with UB. I played a session and I usually have some of these same issues but with this version every hand was imported and mucked cards appeared much quicker. I also didn't see the delays where hands would stop updating for a period of time.

Please download the latest beta from http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe

downloaded that version on your link and still the same problem as OP. I'll PM morny and set up a teamviewer session.
