HUD doesnt work at WPT poker

HM doesnt recognize the tables im playing at, there is no HUD at live tables, but the history is importing and i can also see the HUD in hand replayer.

The lobby languge is english.

What could be the problem?

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both is in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.
