Ultimate Bet HU

I recently signed up for an Ultimate Bet account and the HUD has been working great except for when I play HU cash games. The HUD will not show up and it seems as though the hands are being imported while I play, but they do not show up in my database after the session. I though it might just be a problem with HU, but HU tourneys are recorded properly and the HUD works, so the problem seems to only be with cash games. Any suggestions on what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks for any help.

The HU tables really made some problems but as far as i know this should be fixed with 1.11.03

Any confirmation on this? I'm running the latest version and it says it imports UB HU HH files ok, but I never see my username in the DB and the HUD does not function.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

I will be able to check the HUD later. I do now see my name but only 1 hand of the about 300 I've played so far on UB. It also shows it as Absolute. I know they are both Cerus, I'm not sure how the software shows them.

I wont worry about the small amount of hands it if it works later on though.
