Hand History proccessing

Hi,

I have HEM's latest version instaled (1.11.03), I accidently deleted my HH folder for good and i just emailed FTP support to have them send it back to me.

Will HEM process the hand history given by FTP's support?

I heard that it comes formated in a different way that it is done by the poker client.

If you get them in the format the ftp hand history tool uses it will work.

I managed to do it by creating a new text document, pasting the complete HH i got in the mail and saving it in ANSI.

But, does HEM interpret double stack games as two table games?

I play HUsngs and recently started playing double stack games but HEM says that i have lots of 2 table games, when i only have a few that I did some months ago and not most recently like HEM shows.

I have confirmed that HEM reads double stack as two tables games (4 men HU tourney), thus providing incorrect data. Is there any way I can change this?

There is no way you can change this.
Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
